All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, mini bars, air conditioning, parking at your door and are at ground level. Many of our rooms have a view over the city.

If arriving outside of reception hours please contact reception prior to arrival to make arrangements

Important Information

1.Credit Card & Photo Identification are required at check-in, even for pre-paid bookings. This is for security and to cover any damage or missing items.

2.We do not operate a 24 hour Reception Desk. The desk is open MON-FRI from 7:00am - 9:00pm SAT, SUN &P.H 8:00am - 8:00pm South Australian time. If arriving outside of these hours guests must contact reception in advance to make arrangements. If you do not contact us in advance you will be charged a $50.00 'After Hours Call Out' fee.

3.Check-out time is prior to 10.00am on the day of departure.

4.Cancellations & Amendments: Will not be accepted for South Australian Public Holidays, Long Weekends and Special Event Periods. For all other dates a strict 24 hour Cancellation Policy is upheld. Cancellations must be made via email to lakesresort@bigpond.com

5.Our on site restaurant is run by Thyme At The Lakes. Any enquiries or bookings need to be made directly to Thyme on the contact details provided on our website.

6.All rooms are 'Smoke Free' and smoking is not permitted in guest rooms - A fine of $250.00 will be charged to your account if this condition is breached..

7.We are not a pet friendly motel - A fine of $250.00 will be charged to your account if this condition is breached..

8.Our motel rooms do not have kitchen facilities. We do however offer a microwave in all rooms for re heating food if required. Our kettles are provided to make a cup of tea or coffee, please refrain from trying to use them to cook food. A fine of $250.00 will be charged to your account if this condition is breached..
